Havasu Regional Medical Center
Provides occupational therapy to patients needing to develop, recover and maintain occupational skills. The Occupational Therapy Assistant provides direct patient care, consults with other specialists as needed; and reassesses patient's functional needs and adjusts care plan as indicated to ensure optimal patient outcome.

Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant required
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Basic Life Support (BCLS) required within 30 days of hire
Licenses: AZ COTA license on hire
Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card must be underway on 1st day of hire
